Visual accountability is our foundation. Stay visible on screen so the bullpen can feed off your focus and pacing. The second the bell rings for a sprint, mute your microphone immediately to keep the airwaves completely clear for live outbound dials.

2. The 50/10 Sprint Structure

We hunt in blocks. You get 50 minutes of pure, uninterrupted prospecting to hammer your lead lists. When the bell rings, we take 10 minutes in "The Corner" to unmute, debrief, swap live script adjustments, and celebrate our wins.

3. Post Your Goals in the Chat

Publicly own your volume before Round 1 begins. Drop your specific session targets directly into the live chat using the fighter's format: (e.g., "30 Dials / 2 Appointments"). If you don't track your number, you can't grow it.

4. Log Your Knockouts (KOs) Live

The second you land an appointment or secure a hot file, do not unmute and break the room's focus. Drop a 🥊 emoji right into the chat so the team sees the win in real-time, then go straight into your next dial.
