Question 1: How do you get paid?

Loan Officers are 1099 employees which allows them to write off expenses. There is a paid-next-day option on your loan closings.

Question 2: How many lenders do you broker to?

Over 200, 3 of which are correspondent and the rest are wholesale broker channel partners.

Question 3: Can I work remotely from home?

Yes, you can work from home. If you have a branch, you can also move your branch under the NEXA umbrella.

Question 4: What kind of support do you offer Loan Officers?

We have onboarding coaches and loan coaches to hold your hand through your first few deals, over 200 lenders with an array of loan programs, and hundreds of processors to choose from. We have optional coaching and training every day, and women in particular are supported through Women of NEXA. We have NEXA Fest conferences that the entire company can attend if they wish.
